Are you experiencing difficulties logging into ACSIS?
  1. ACSIS is for Faculty members with current Timetables only. If you are receiving an error that your "Employee Number was not found in the database" your Employee Number does not have the correct status. If you have an active Timetable and are on any of the Algonquin College Campuses teaching and do not have access to ACSIS, please contact the Registrar's Office at (613) 727-0002 or 1-800-565-4723
  2. If this is your FIRST LOGIN, your default PIN is your Employee Number

Once you have successfully entered your Employee Number on your first login, the system will prompt you to change your password. You can change your password to be any combination of letters, numbers and/or special characters.

  1. Your password cannot contain any spaces.
  2. Your password must be between 6 and 12 characters long. For increased security, we recommend creating a password containing both numbers and letters.
  3. Your password is case sensitive, so remember which letters you capitalized.
